About The Position

This posting will remain open and will not be closed out. Temporary Employees performs a variety of routine and repetitive manual tasks. This temporary employee receives direct supervision from management. The Temporary assignment provides short-term support by assisting with day-to-day operations and/or events by completing assigned tasks during the duration of the temporary assignment. This position is intended to address a temporary business need and does not guarantee ongoing or permanent employment. Because of the Tribe’s commitment to community service and the well being of its members, each temporary employee may be expected to perform a wide range of office and field duties from time to time. Such duties may or may not be related to their regular responsibilities, and may include driving.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-traffic event environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team and/or independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of department operations
• Assist staff with routine tasks, projects, or special assignments
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete tasks accurately and within required timeframes
• Other duties as assigned related to the temporary assignment
