Position Description Duties and Responsibilities: Learning all election-related content outlined in the manual and curriculum. Providing excellent customer service to the election workers of Harris County (in-person & on phone). Helping other election departments as needed. Driving to all areas of Harris County to train (some training sites may be 45 minutes to an hour away from home address). Driving at night and on highways. Arriving on time for shift. Communicating with intention, utilizing printed resources. Serve as a point of contact for judges experiencing challenges during setup, throughout voting hours, and during vote center closure. Provide on-site coaching and support to ensure adherence to election procedures and policies. Drive to on-site last minute emergencies in election periods. Know when to ask for support and/or clarity. Accept feedback from team leads and upper management, sometimes in the middle of a training.
