A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be handling a high-volume of inbound calls from agents and insured individuals regarding the status of health insurance applications. You’ll: Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support Navigate systems like Clar, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team improvements Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service End your day knowing you made someone’s experience smoother and more informed

Requirements

6+ months in a call-center experience
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace (if working remotely)
High school diploma or GED
Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera OR participate in an in-person interview in Medina, NY.
Must be available to pick-up and drop-off equipment in our Medina, NY office.
Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
