About The Position
Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) is seeking a Contact Center Representative I for our Concord call center. This role is temporary, full-time, 40 hours per week. This position is currently represented by SEIU Local 1021. PPNorCal Contact Center Representative, Level 1, is the first point of contact for patients and other individuals reaching out to PPNorCal by telephone and other modes. Contact Center Representatives provide excellent customer service, ensure that callers are correctly routed, obtain and update registration and insurance information, schedule appointments appropriately, provide first-call resolution, address complaints, and support an efficient and effective patient contact experience.
