About The Position

This temporary contract position supports our Development & Construction team by managing the export and import of critical historical project data during our system transition from Projectmates to Procore. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys data management, file organization, and working within construction software platforms. The role may also assist other departments as needed throughout the duration of the assignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in data entry and managing digital files
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
• Adaptable and able to learn new software quickly
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore or similar construction project management platforms
• Familiarity with the construction or real estate development industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general file management systems
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in construction admin or data management preferred

Responsibilities

• Export historical construction project files from the Projectmates web-based portal
• Import those project files into the Procore platform, ensuring accurate data mapping
• Perform data entry related to initial contract and invoice data dumps
• Assist in aligning project budgets and invoice details during the transition
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure deadlines and project accuracy are met
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity throughout the project
• May assist other departments as needed
