About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with two to five years of related experience.
• Effective communication skills across multiple teams and mediums.
• Excellent analytical skills and high-quality written work including attention to detail.
• Ability to summarize and convey information to a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to form positive and effective relationships for results.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database management.
• Must be able to favorably complete a background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work in American Indian/Alaska Native communities highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support all quality assurance and quality control requirements and processes.
• Serve as support for information dissemination tasks and guiding, developing, and/or tracking applicable work products.
• Provide support for the development and finalization of developed resources, including fact sheets, work products, presentations, and training and technical assistance materials.
• Serve as support for reporting, including Monthly Performance Report and Annual Report coordination, development, and submission.
• Record and draft minutes of meetings as requested by Project Manager.
• Maintain Contact List and send out all communications to grantees/team.
• Maintain SharePoint Site and assist Website Lead in updating content for the website.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
