Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills; “can-do” attitude and resourcefulness, combined with the ability to propose solutions.
• Exemplary analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to pivot as business priorities shift.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Running daily reports and assisting in maintaining accurate and detailed records of collection activities in the company’s database.
• Assist in consolidating reporting from various databases in Excel on a routine basis.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management.
• Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts
• Update customer accounts as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned
