About The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented Temporary Clerks to support a short-term document management project in an office setting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records by reviewing, organizing, preserving, or properly discarding documents in accordance with established guidelines. Requirements

  • Availability to start asap
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow document retention and handling guidelines
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and handle files for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Prior clerical, administrative, or records experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, and organize paper and/or electronic documents
  • Preserve records in accordance with retention policies
  • Identify and properly discard documents approved for disposal
  • Label, file, and prepare records for storage or archiving
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Follow written procedures and supervisor instructions closely
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
