Reports to: Regional Supervisor Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time Duration: Temporary position ending September 30,2026 Overview The Temporary Case Aide helps clients enrolled in Lowell site programming as they progress through case management by assisting with needs including but not limited to identification document verification & collection, intake paperwork, and assistance with public benefits applications. The position will also be responsible for short- and long-term data tracking and file upkeeping. The purpose of IINEs Community Services is to both prepare refugees and immigrants for self-sufficiency and provide a durable solution for resettlement and case management needs.
