About The Position

As a Temporary Ballot Tabulation Center (BTC) Inspector, you will assist in facilitating the election process. This would be through performing data entry and mediation to determine a voter’s intent.

Requirements

  • This position requires a High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be a registered voter or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona
  • Must be an Independent or Party Not Designated registered voter
  • Must pass an applicable background screening
  • A valid Arizona Driver’s License
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of general office experience
  • One or more years of moderate computer use experience
  • One or more years of warehouse experience
  • One or more years of election experience
  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Works as the mediator to solve conflicting views between political parties’ adjudicators
  • Maintains legible documentation for processing
  • Assists other divisions with election activities
