Alera Group is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities

  • Supports the Mid-Atlantic Retail Medicare and Individual team, with increased hours during the annual enrollment period starting on September 15th through the end of the year.
  • Helps to manage overflow inbound calls and appointment requests of current clients during peak season.
  • Scheduling appointments, sending confirmations and scopes of appointment forms, which are mandated by CMS to be signed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Handle increased volume of inbound calls and interact with clients.
  • Assist with office organization and increased supply ordering.
  • Database record keeping.
  • Sending correspondence to clients regarding AEP, upcoming events, etc.
  • Interacting with insurance companies, other insurance agencies, and additional partners.
  • Support the retail team manager with other administrative tasks.
