As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will proactively perform administrative duties to support mid‑level and senior bankers. Responsibilities include managing bankers’ calendars, scheduling meetings and calls, arranging travel, processing expenses, and assisting with various phases of deal processes. You will also leverage your analytical skills to research, compile, and enter data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. To be successful in this role, you should be a curious, detail‑oriented self‑starter who is comfortable taking direction, adapting quickly, and handling competing priorities. This role offers valuable exposure to investment banking operations and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to the team’s day‑to‑day success. This position offers flexibility to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Milwaukee office and Monday and Friday remote. This role is expected to last approximately 6-9 months and may be extended based on business needs.
