About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides routine administrative support to the department.
  • Prepares, types, and proofreads correspondence and documents.
  • Emails and faxes documents, drafts communication for review, and makes copies.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and accurate information to clients and staff.
  • Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls and takes messages.
  • Greets and assists visitors and clients, responding to routine questions and complaints.
  • Maintains databases for tracking information and ensures accuracy.
  • Updates and maintains filing systems and files.
  • Assists in meeting coordination, including scheduling dates and locations.
  • Performs data entry and tracks program data.
  • Prepares reports, calendars, graphs, and spreadsheets for program activities.
  • Creates and updates various forms and documents, such as handouts and training aids.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail.
  • May maintain office equipment and supply inventory.
