About The Position

As a temporary Patient Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately enrolling new patients into our system and ensuring a smooth, successful onboarding experience. This role involves high-velocity work and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• EPIC experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare support role working with electronic health records.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enroll new patients into the system.
• Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for patients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Benefits

• Temporary 1099 contract role lasting approximately 2-3 weeks.
• Compensation paid out at $2 per patient enrollment, biweekly.
• Expectation to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours.
