Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Refill rock salt containers and spread salt as needed
• Snow shoveling and snowplowing
• Assist with snow removal, including mandatory overtime during inclement weather
• Run sidewalk snowblower and keep walkways clear
• Perform lawn and grounds maintenance
• Answer maintenance calls throughout the day
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs to building and property
• Repair building cracks, both interior and exterior
• Maintain equipment and tools daily, routinely, and seasonally
• Assist with special projects or jobs that become a priority
• Come in on off-hours when needed
• Assist with cafeteria garbage and final day cleaning
• Run errands as needed
• Perform painting as needed
• Strip and wax floors during school breaks
• Perform janitorial work as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as they arise
