About The Position
This position is for custodial services at a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, only members of the Church who are endowed and have a current temple recommend qualify for employment for this specific position. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain building interiors, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfaces
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment
- Properly use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established procedures
- Dust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfaces
- Clean and service restrooms, including restocking supplies
- Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials
- Clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and common-use areas
- Maintain janitorial closets in a neat and orderly condition and ensure equipment is in good order
- Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues
- Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
