This position is responsible for the creation of, and updates to, provider templates for assigned areas incorporating the Guidelines for Template Standardization. Monitors master and daily schedule change requests. Works with Providers, Clinic/Practice Managers, Supervisors and/or Secretaries, and Schedulers to identify the most efficient, streamlined appointment scheduling process by incorporating various scheduling options into the provider schedule definition. Assists with the training of Template Builders to ensure consistency and adherence to all approved scheduling standards. Develops and modifies scheduling templates to optimize provider time in clinics; assists in improving patient access, provider book rates, and provider productivity.
