As the Senior TEMPEST Lead, you will perform TEMPEST Countermeasures Reviews, Visual TEMPEST Inspections (VTI), and TEMPEST technical inspections, assessments, evaluations and reviews. In this role, you'll ensure all required reports are complete with minimal errors and that all processes, activities, and reporting are conducted within established time frames. You'll assist clients in collecting and providing information relevant to the TEMPEST mission, including floor plans and schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, shielding, power systems, signal and power line routing, HVAC ductwork, and other utility wiring or piping. You'll assist client customers in the completion of online automated workflow process requests. You will ensure required TEMPEST reporting and annual training requirements are conducted and completed according to National Policy and the client Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA).

  • Perform TEMPEST Countermeasures Reviews and Visual TEMPEST Inspections (VTI).
  • Conduct TEMPEST technical inspections, assessments, evaluations, and reviews.
  • Ensure all required reports are complete with minimal errors.
  • Assist clients in collecting and providing information relevant to the TEMPEST mission.
  • Ensure required TEMPEST reporting and annual training requirements are conducted according to National Policy.
  • 10+ years of experience in TEMPEST, Physical or Technical Security, or Facility Inspection fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility accreditation inspections, shielding, grounding, and Protected Distribution Systems.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • National TEMPEST school TEMPEST fundamentals Certification.
  • TEMPEST for System Installation and Facility Design, Test Equipment Familiarization Certification.
  • Completion of National TEMPEST school Field Testing Basics.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy.
