About The Position

Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt In this position, the candidate will design, manufacture and test new constructs for in vivo T cell and hematopoietic stem cell transduction. Experiments will range from in vitro demonstration of antigen-specific transduction of candidate cell subsets under various culture conditions, to testing their anti-tumor function, through to in vivo injection and determination of pharmacokinetics/biodistribution along with on-target specificity and anti-tumor effect. In addition, the candidate will oversee and teach new graduate student and post-doctoral scholar experimental skills including molecular cloning, viral production and titration, cell culture, T cell function studies, T cell engineering, flow cytometry and sequencing analysis, in vivo experimental design and analysis.
