About The Position

Responsibilities include: Coordinating daily production activities to support schedule and demand Supporting and improving assembly processes as needed Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering to address issues and drive improvements Partnering with Quality to ensure product standards are met and support root cause and corrective actions Collecting and reporting weekly material scrap data Collecting and reporting weekly and monthly quality and production metrics Monitoring and reporting material shortages and potential risks to production schedules Providing clear communication and direction to the production team

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard Office applications
• Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills
• Show the aptitude to learn and support technical assembly processes
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Quality
• Be a team-oriented leader who can guide and influence without relying solely on title
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
