Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. The Temp Support Specialist Benefits is a detail-oriented, adaptable professional that supports the Benefits team during peak season. This is a temporary position running from July through February, with a flexible schedule based on mutual availability. The role requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 30 hours per week as the workload increases. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing multiple tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating effectively with both clients and internal partners.
