We are a busy surgery center seeking a Medical Billing and Collections Specialist to cover for an employee who is going out on a temporary leave. This position is temporary but may have the potential to transition to a full-time role.
Manage medical billing and collections processes.
Utilize medical billing software for accurate billing.
Ensure compliance with medical coding standards.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
1 year of experience in medical billing (Required).
Familiarity with medical coding and billing software.
