We have an opportunity for a Temp Inside Sales Support Rep to join our Pompano Beach FL team. You will serve as a central point of contact for the office, managing a high volume of incoming phone calls while providing professional and friendly support to customers and visitors. They will coordinate and schedule appointments, accurately enter data, process sales orders, create invoices, and handle payments using office systems and Microsoft Office tools. In addition, they will support daily administrative operations by staying organized, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow across the office. You will: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Provide support for customers Data entry, Sales Orders, Invoicing, Scheduling Process Payments Provide general support to visitors

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience handling high volume of phone calls.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School diploma: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
