What You’ll Do Responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Capital Management System (HCMS), ensuring strong integration across HR processes, alignment with business goals, and ongoing analysis of system performance. This role supports the implementation of new technologies, provides end‑user support to enhance HR operations, and ensures data integrity through thorough testing and change management. The specialist will also promote system self‑service functionality and assist with technical projects as assigned. This temporary assignment is expected to last through September. Core Contributions Manage all aspects of Workforce Management (Kronos/WFM) , including accurate configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the platform. Support UKG Pro with a strong focus on configuring, validating, and optimizing earnings and deduction codes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Partner closely with Payroll and operational teams to diagnose system issues, implement updates, enhance workflows, and maintain data integrity across all timekeeping and HRIS processes. Monitor vendor updates, release plans, and system enhancements , assessing their impact on current and future HCMS functionality. Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical support to HR, Payroll, and end users , addressing system issues, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through system functionality as needed. Develop and maintain custom reports to meet the needs of management and staff. Support internal teams by building and refining complex queries to extract and compile data from multiple sources. Assets You Will Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, and Data Analytics or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, preferably with WFM (Kronos) and UKG Pro, including system configuration and payroll-related functionality. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google Looker. The estimated salary for this role is $35.92 to $43.11 per hour. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, and Data Analytics or equivalent experience required.
