As part of our Facilities Maintenance team, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From making sure vendors are paid on time to keeping our records neat and organized, your work will help the team stay focused on what they do best. You'll collaborate with Facilities Maintenance Managers, departments across the company, and multiple locations. Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and comfortable with general computer systems.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Process and track invoices in the system to ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time.
• Communicate with Facilities Maintenance Managers and other departments to keep jobs and records organized from start to finish.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general administrative support, helping the team stay on top of day-to-day needs.
