About The Position
Snodgrass-King Dental is a Multi-Specialty practice with four locations and over 120 team members in the Nashville, TN area. They are seeking a Dentist for their high energy, fast paced office in Spring Hill, TN. Founded over 35 years ago by Dr. David Snodgrass and Dr. Terry King, it was the first Multi-Specialty Dental practice in Tennessee, offering Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, General Dentistry, and in-house Oral Surgery all under one roof. This structure fosters a collaborative, team approach to patient care, allowing dentists the freedom to concentrate on patient care. The practice is innovative, forward-thinking, and state-of-the-art, prioritizing the needs of both team members and patients.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
- Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
- Independent, patient-focused, and comfortable treating children in a high-performing practice
- Confident managing full comprehensive care—diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance

- Collections-based pay: 31% - 33%
- Daily Guarantee: $850–$1,000 (for up to 12 months)
