Overview International Operations is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to receive, review ,and enter data into computer system or tracking database according to established procedures. The candidate will ensure of all data recorded and performs database maintenance functions. The Data Entry Clerk will prepare and sort source documents to resolve any questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
  • Keep confidential information in a professional manner

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Synergy Capture Client imaging software a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of received data and source documents
  • Prepares and sorts source documents for imaging, and identifies, interprets data to entered.
  • Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered.
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Perform general clerical duties such as sending/sorting mail, , filing, answering phones, etc.
  • Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
