About The Position
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Temp Communication Intern! We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will support communications initiatives, with a focus on improving our employee intranet and helping develop a standardized global email communication system. This role is ideal for someone interested in organizational communication, digital employee experience, and communication strategy.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Organizational Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and organizational communication skills
- Interest in internal communications, employee experience, or digital workplace tools
- Ability to analyze information and present clear recommendations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
