About The Position
Temasek's Associate Internship Programme is a structured 12-week summer programme for penultimate year students. Interns will work closely with one of the teams in the Investment Group in either New York or San Francisco, fully immersing themselves in the Temasek culture. The programme is designed to nurture young talents, providing comprehensive training that helps develop highly relevant skills and knowledge applicable throughout the internship. Key responsibilities include potential involvement in investment projects and ongoing transactions, conducting comprehensive company and industry research, exposure to investment processes, networking events, and structured training sessions ranging from technical to soft skills. The programme aims to provide ongoing performance feedback and evaluations to facilitate continuous development, culminating in the potential conversion to a full-time Associate role in summer 2027.
