Cash Handling & Customer Service Provides an Exceptional Customer Experience Delivers personalized customer service and consistently look for ways to “WOW” customers Tackles a variety of financial transactions ranging from check cashing & cash deposits to loan payments to counting currency and coin accurately. Maintains accurate records of each customer in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, no matter how complex or technical Complies with all security procedures and bank regulations that apply to your position Maintains working knowledge of our policies and procedures that apply to your position. Safeguards assigned, branch and customer cash according to Security Procedures Deposit Product Referrals Holds financial conversations to determine needs and refer appropriate solutions Identifies referral opportunities to maintain relationships and adds value for all customers Actively cross sells bank products and services Participates in branch or bank wide campaigns Maintains and submits customer referrals and reports as required Works as a team to meet and exceed individual and team goals
