Our tellers are the face of the company, greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and processing transactions with speed and accuracy. Requirements

Cash handling experience
Customer Service Experience (in Retail Banking a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
Work involves sitting, extended period of standing, walking and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Maintain and balance a cash drawer
Balance within an acceptable time limit and within the guidelines of the Teller Variation Policy.
Process routine teller transactions
Cash checks within established check cashing limits, follows check cashing policy and seeks supervisory approval when necessary.
Follows all bank policies and procedures including security of the bank s assets to minimize exposure
Basic knowledge of bank products and services
Identify sales opportunities
Contribute to the overall branch goals
