The Teller position is responsible for providing superior customer service while performing routine and intermediate teller and customer service duties. This includes, but is not limited to, accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals, assisting with night depository and vault duties, answering phones, assisting customers with safety deposit boxes, promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
