About The Position

The Teller / Universal Banker Associate provides first-line, quality customer service through face-to-face performance of primary bank transactions. This position will also utilize communication opportunities to offer additional bank services and products.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative-type role is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and at the drive-thru.
• Handle cash transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and checks while balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Open new deposit accounts and process ATM/night depository deposits.
• Identify and initiate opportunities for promoting bank products.
