About The Position
The Teller Supervisor position is responsible for managing the daily Teller function for a branch, including compliance with policies/procedures, customer service, and sales. The role involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security and bank policies and procedures relating to the Teller area, providing necessary training and motivation to teller staff, monitoring staffing needs, coaching tellers to meet referral goals, completing performance reviews, implementing the Teller Bonus Program, maintaining currency levels, conducting audits, and participating in sales efforts.
