Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and accurate Teller functions including processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Receive and process loan payments and cash checks for clients.
• Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability.
• Process transfers between accounts and sell traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders.
• Verify and balance cash daily, detecting and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Offer other bank products to meet customer needs and strengthen relationships.
• Follow Teller procedures consistently and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Ensure client requests and inquiries are promptly resolved.
• Operate online teller terminal and maintain customer information privacy.
