About The Position

As a Member Service Representative I, you’ll be the face of Lighthouse Credit Union—proactively identifying member needs and referring them to products and services that enrich their financial lives. You’ll handle routine transactions, initiate meaningful conversations, and serve as a single point of contact to build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience as a teller, cashier, or in a customer service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packets with accuracy and courtesy
• Balance your cash drawer/TCR and maintain privacy and security
• Provide outstanding service and resolve member issues with care
• Initiate conversations to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships
• Conduct warm outbound calls to current members to uncover needs and offer solutions
• Support branch operations and assist with audits as needed
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies
