Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
  • Open, close, and maintain consumer accounts and services
  • Assist members in-branch and by phone with account questions and transaction needs
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and digital services
  • Balance cash drawer and complete daily teller balancing procedures
  • Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and credit union policies
  • Deliver friendly, professional service that builds strong member relationships
