We pride ourselves on building meaningful connections with our members and each other through honesty, sincerity, and empathy Description Role: To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explains services, sets up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.

Requirements

  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complying with all laws, statues, rules and regulations which govern credit unions, including but not limited to all components of the Bank Secrecy Act provisions of the US Patriot Act.
  • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
  • Acts as liaison between members and various organizations and departments.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Maintains member account information on computer system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
