Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic math and computer proficiency are essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous; cash handling experience is a plus.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

- Process transactions with accuracy and handle cash responsibly.
- Follow all operational and security protocols to ensure compliance and safety.
- Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide support.
