Your Day as a Teller/Member Service Representative As members arrive, you assist with everyday banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, and account questions, ensuring each transaction is handled accurately and securely. Throughout the day, you build strong relationships by listening to members, answering questions, and identifying opportunities to recommend products or services that may benefit them. Whether you're helping someone in person, responding to a phone call, or replying to an email, you focus on providing clear communication and exceptional service. You balance your cash drawer, follow established safety and operational procedures, and work toward performance goals tied to accuracy and service quality. Between member interactions, you collaborate with teammates, stay up to date on processes, and participate in training that supports your continued growth. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements
