About The Position

As a Teller at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and performing high-volume banking transactions. Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on available financial alternatives and technology.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations.
