About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a full-time Teller in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, part of the National Branch Network. This role is integral to the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. The Teller will engage with customers, process transactions, and support their financial needs while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management or human resources.
• Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
