About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through quality, personalized client interactions.
  • Process client transactional needs such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing requests.
  • Handle client servicing requests including service charge clarity and account maintenance.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes offered by the bank.
  • Achieve required level of outbound phone calls to educate clients on digital solutions.
  • Educate clients on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
  • Refer clients to internal business partners based on their needs.
  • Assist with financial center duties including opening and closing the vault and balancing the drawer.
  • Manage operational loss and seek supervisory overrides for transactions outside of authority.
  • Utilize equipment accurately and remain knowledgeable of its functionality.
  • Adhere to professionalism standards including demeanor and dress.
  • Mentor and coach fellow associates on policy and procedure.
  • Engage and direct client lobby traffic effectively.
  • Perform research for clients as needed.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
