About The Position
Provide our customers with the a high standard of customer service. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, as well as check cashing and processing various other teller transactions. Open new accounts Service customer inquiries Maintain and settle a cash drawer Recommend and educate customers about our products and services Have a thorough understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional image
- Willingness to travel within branch network
- An aptitude for numbers, mathematics, and PC/keyboard familiarity
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Two years of experience in either or both fields is required
