About The Position

The Teller position at Del-One Federal Credit Union is responsible for accurately processing member transactions while promoting the credit union's products and services. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a teller or customer service role.
• Knowledge of teller policies and procedures and basic understanding of credit union operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent member service skills and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Creole is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Open and close cash drawer daily, ensuring accurate processing and balancing of transactions.
• Prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and reporting suspicious activity.
• Provide information and assistance to members regarding their accounts and credit union services.
• Cross-sell credit union services and products to members.
• Maintain privacy of member account information and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Assist branch personnel and keep supervisors informed of branch activities.
