Role Summary We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Garfield Heights Branch (12594 Rockside Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125). Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high-volume cashing-handling experience
  • Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone
  • Run a teller window
  • Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
  • Resolve customer issues on the platform
  • Assist in all areas of the branch
