Role Summary We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Garfield Heights Branch (12594 Rockside Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125). Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high-volume cashing-handling experience
Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone
Run a teller window
Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
Resolve customer issues on the platform
Assist in all areas of the branch
