Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum four (4) years of financial institution experience in Member Service or Cash Operations, or comparable experience in cash handling, customer service, or sales experience, or supervisory experience.
• Intermediate leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mortgage, insurance, and investment licensing.
• Background in compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support branch management in achieving credit union goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Provide subject matter expertise on branch operations, auditing, and compliance.
• Assist in resolving member issues and providing solutions at the point of contact.
• Proactively identify member needs and offer beneficial financial solutions through education on SSFCU products and services.
• Review and research high-risk transactions and perform override authority as needed.
• Ensure service delivery to members is performed in a courteous and professional manner.
