Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients. We currently have an opportunity for a therapist with an active Alaska license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. Patient population is ages 5+.

Requirements

• Licensed therapy: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMSW
• Clinicians must have active state license
• Professional licensure must enable dependent practice
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services such as talk therapy and counseling
• Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
• Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
• Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual relationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
• Maintain documentation with partner site's EMR
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses
