We are currently recruiting a Texas Licensed Therapist for a 100% teletherapy position. Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Preference for clinicians licensed in Texas
• Professional licensure must enable independent practice
• Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are eligible
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
• Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy, and counseling
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual relationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care
• Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
• Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses
