About The Position

At InsuraTec Services Group , we help families protect their biggest asset their home. When someone buys or refinances their house, they receive a letter in the mail and request information about mortgage protection coverage. Once they complete a short recorded survey, were notified that they want to talk to us. Our agents simply call them back, set an appointment, and walk them through options to make sure their mortgage and family are protected. Theres no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends or family. Every lead has already requested help.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-discipline to work remotely and stay consistent
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Life insurance license (or ability to complete a short online course)
• Laptop, phone, and internet connection

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads by phone or Zoom
• Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
• Follow our proven virtual sales process no guesswork
• Participate in daily Zoom trainings (11 AM12 PM EST)
• Track and reach personal income goals
• Stay coachable and communicate with your mentor team
